How to Initiate a Return, Refund, or Replacement Request

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find a manufacturing defect or notice incorrect or missing items in your order, contact us within 72 hours of receiving it with photos and videos. Returns, Refunds, or Replacements on Prepaid Orders

  • Cancellation policy - no returns for innerwear, returns are applicable only for T-shirts.

  • Order cancellation or refund is allowed before dispatch only if the order is not dispatched within 5 working days.

  • If you cancel your order before it is shipped, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method. It may take up to 15 days for the payment to reflect in your account.

  • All exchange and replacement requests are subject to approval and stock availability.

Note:

  • No refunds or replacements will be considered for international orders placed outside India.

  • Customs duties for shipping on all international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Return, refund, or replacement requests are accepted only if the original invoice and packaging are retained. The product must be unused.

  • Return or refund requests are not accepted for sale or clearance items.

Sizing Information

While our products follow standardized sizes, they are not one-size-fits-all. We encourage you to double-check the sizing by measuring your size once before placing an order.

Shipping on Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders

  • A delivery fee of INR 75 is applicable on every Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order, which is non-refundable.

  • The shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • Express shipping is not available for COD orders.
